Refund policy

 

Buying a piece of artwork is a very personal matter. We realise that you have to like the piece you buy. We do take every step to ensure our artwork images have the exact likeness to the paintings, but we understand it is not always the case and images sometimes are not the same as viewing the artwork in person (detailed images can be requested). Our guarantee is that we will fully refund the cost of the artwork (excluding postage) if you decide not to keep it within 7 days of receiving it. Under the condition that the artwork is unharmed, in the original form with secure packaging. Please return it to us within the 7 day period, upon receiving the artwork we will issue you the refund.

7 Day "Love it or Return it" Peace of Mind Policy

If the purchased artwork is returned to the Vendor under the 7 Day "Love it or Return it" peace of mind policy, all artwork must be in the same condition as when sold, otherwise cost of repair or replacement will be at the expense of the Purchaser.

 

Return postage is to be paid by purchaser.
