What are the shipping arrangements and costs?

All freight is added on at the end of your transaction. Our artwork and didgeridoos are shipped every Monday. Shipping is via DHL Worldwide Express, TNT Express, Australia Post or Pack & Send. Your order will take 7-10 days delivery worldwide. Upon dispatch of your order a confirmation email is sent to you with your online tracking number.

Freight costs are:
International, didgeridoos $250, artwork $100. Domestic, didgeridoos $100, artwork $65.

How do I make a purchase?

There are several ways you can make a purchase:
1. Online through our website with credit card/PayPal.
2. Make your purchase by phoning direct to the gallery to pay via Mastercard/ Visa/ Credit Card/Direct Deposit.

What medium is the artwork on?

Acrylic paint on linen/canvas.

Acrylic on Arches Paper.

Acrylic paint on bark.

Ochre paint on bark.

Does an authenticity certificate come with the paintings?

Each piece of art offered by Top Didj Art Gallery is an original and one off work. All works are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity and Profile of the artist, along with working photographs when available. This information will be emailed to you after purchase.

All paintings will be sent to you unstretched, so you can arrange local stretching with the framer of your choice.

Money Back Guarantee

Buying a piece of artwork is a very personal matter. We realise that you have to like the piece you buy. We do take every step to ensure our artwork images have the exact likeness to the paintings, but we understand it is not always the case and images sometimes are not the same as viewing the artwork in person (detailed images can be requested). Our guarantee is that we will fully refund the cost of the artwork (excluding postage) if you decide not to keep it within 7 days of receiving it. Under the condition that the artwork is unharmed, in the original form with secure packaging. Please return it to us within the 7 day period, upon receiving the artwork we will issue you the refund.

What currency is used on this web site?

Prices are in $AUD. Products purchased for shipping within Australia incur a 10% GST which is included in the marked price. The 10% GST component will be deducted from International purchases when the International shipping destination is added.
